How to Do a Cross Body Lead, Inside & Outside Turns (Properly)

It's important to stay in your 'track' or 'lane' when dancing a cross-body lead or traveling turn. It helps to execute the pattern more efficiently by keeping the follower in balance and not crashing with each other.

Followers can work on pointing the feet in the direction they are going. This will help to maintain balance, not lose sight of the leader, or take him off balance. Check out the video to see what we mean!
